Do you handle permitting and inspections?+
Yes. We manage the commercial permit packages, coordinate the building, fire, and health reviews where they apply, and schedule inspections through to your certificate of occupancy.
Can you build out a restaurant from a shell space?+
We do — from grease traps, hoods, and mechanical systems to the dining room and the storefront. Restaurant work has its own code and inspection demands, and we build to clear them the first time.
Do you do tenant improvements on a lease deadline?+
Often the deadline is the whole point. We build the schedule backward from your opening or lease-commencement date and keep the trades moving to hit it.
